My House of Love

If you looked inside my heart
Here is what you'd see,
A house of many rooms
Each full with love for thee.
If you opened up a door
And took a look inside,
You might find yourself amazed
At what I left outside.
I swept out all the pain
And the cobwebs of my past,
I opened all the windows
So the sun shines in at last.
No more the darkened shadows
That hid behind each door,
No more the angry demons
They're not welcome any more.
Instead when you look inside
I want for you to see,
A place of joy and happiness
And that brand new shiny key.
I changed the locks on my heart
So only you can come on in,
I've made my heart a happy place
Where our new love can begin.
Each room within my heart
Has been swept out clean you see,
No more broken hearts or lives
I got rid of that debris.
Now each room within my heart
Is fresh and shining clean,
Where only love is allowed
So peaceful and serene.
So come on in to my heart
Throw the windows open wide,
For in each room is so much love
I can't hold it all inside.
So each day I let a little out
Where it finds its way to you,
So you will know how much I care
And of my love so true.
And just so you'll always know
When love leads you home to me,
Each room with in my heart
Will be filled with love; eternally.

I have given you my soul and the key to my heart,
For the purpose of safekeeping, a promise to never part.
Only with you, my life I will spend
Loving you forever, until my days must end.
I have said those three little words so many times before,
Never have I meant it, and so much more.
I have found a friend I can truly trust,
A lover that will not cheat, and who I will forever lust.
Although, I try to hide it, my attitude may shine through,
Just always know it is not reflecting how I feel about you.
From day until night, through good times and fights,
The aim of my love will never lose its sight.
I will stand by your side no matter what the situation,
I will support your every dream with sincere admiration.
Each star I have wished upon, each eyelash blown, each prayer said at night while I was lying alone, I have asked for a love, one that is meant to be,
my countless efforts finally paid off, because God sent you to me.
Now at night when I pray, I have nothing left to ask for,
I have you, and I couldn?t ask for anything more.

When The Angels Came For Me

Sometime last night while sleeping
Out loud your name I cried,
Because while lying next to you
Last night sometime I died.
My spirited lifted up from me
Above that bed of ours,
I floated high above you
And watched you sleep for hours.
I felt the tears that fell
As they washed over my face,
For I longed to be held tightly
In your warm loving embrace.
I didn't want to leave you here
To face your life alone,
For ours has been the greatest love
This world has ever known.
I knew how sad that you would be
When you woke and found I'd died,
I wanted so to be there
While you held me close and cried.
And then I felt this light on me
And I knew my time was near,
For the angels to come and carry me
And take me far from here.
I whispered into the night
A tiny prayer for you,
For you to be strong for me
And hold my love close to you.
At that time I felt the angels
Lift me high into the night,
I watched you sleeping peacefully
As I flew into that light.
Until there before me stood our God
Who spoke His words to me,
He told me not to worry much
For He'd watch over you lovingly.
And that one day it would be your time
To come home here to me,
And when that time came about
We would share eternity.
So please my love when you wake
And find my lifeless form,
Please don't cry unduly
For my love will keep you warm.

I'm just me,
Sometimes I'm blind
To what I see.
Sometimes I'm deaf
To the sound,
And I can't hear
When you fall down.
There are times
When I can't speak,
And I don't tell you
When I'm weak.
Sometimes a touch
Does not seem real,
When even my skin
Is to thick to feel.
So here I stand
On unsteady feet,
As we look with eyes
That never meet.
Harsh words spoken
Leave a terrible taste,
Don't make me cry
Love me with grace.
Take no pleasure
From our pain,

In God's eyes
We're all the same,

To feel the shame.

In search of precious doves
The need was great for this rare bird
The bird of peace and love
It's feathers made to Angel wings
For Angels up above
It's soothing coo will lullaby
The tiny Angels' rest
For Heaven sent the Angels here
For doves that are the best
It's fallen feathers white as snow
For Angel wings to be
With tender care and loving hands

You stare at me with this look on your face,
And I can't help but to wonder what it is you see.

And I feel as if you've set my soul free.

Sometimes I walk without seeing
Sometimes I see without knowing,
Sometimes I live without learning
And sometimes I learn without showing.
And sometimes I pay no attention
To what lies on the road ahead,
And sometimes I just rush in
Where the angels fear to tread.
Sometimes I listen real well
To words that my soul speaks,
And sometimes I dont hear reason
When my heart is feeling weak.
Sometimes when it rains
I see the sound that it makes,
And sometimes it floods my heart
Because of my mistakes.
And sometimes when it snows
I hear it's gentle sound,
As it falls like silent thunder
Everywhere upon the ground.
And sometimes when I see you
I think I'm really seeing me,
Because sometimes life's not really
All it would seem to be.
Sometimes instead it's all gone
Sort of topsy turvey,
And sometimes right or wrong
Is not as clear as day.
Sometimes it all gets muddled
From black and white to gray,
And sometimes that path to righteousness
Just doesn't lead the way.
Then sometimes before I know it
I find me standing in the light,
Because sometimes when I get lost
You're there to set me right.
And sometimes when I think
That all in my life is gone
I look and see you standing
Waiting there within the dawn.

Anger and uncertainty;
They're never far apart.
This always starts with curiosity.

Understanding is a must.
Patience close behind.
Collectiveness and empathy,
Are sooner hard to find.
This won't wait for perfection.
It strikes whoever it wants.
And with a happy kind of sorrow,
It's victims it now taunts.
Those chosen aren't always worthy.
With only its fancy to please.
Those of which have fallen,
Emotions now tantalize and tease.
Love is never greedy.
Unfair? This is true.
Stubborness is evident,

He has made me strong when I was weak
He has taken me to the highest mountain peak
He has stood by me when everyone else would leave
And never asks if I want sympathy.
My husbands eyes are as bright as the stars
And always greats me with open arms
He has always protect me from evil's harm
And when I'm upset, I look at him, just to thank my luck charms.
When I'm alone and feeling blue
He always calls me to say I love you
And to tell me that he'll be home soon

gazing into the Heaven's mist

by Heaven they've been kissed.

The shining stars
though far apart,
