Take your hand,
And place it in mine.
As we enter a union,
That God will bind.
He sent you my way,
So that I would find,
My soulmate for life,
My lover so fine.
You're the woman I've searched for,
All of my life.
It was now time to ask you,
If you'd be my wife.
My partner for life,
Through good times and bad
Through all life's adventures
Both joyus and sad.
Oh Tanja, my darling,
I pledge to you this.
I can't live one day,
Without your sweet kiss.
I also can't live,
without your tender touch.
It is something I've come to
rely on so much.
Oh,Tanja, I've loved you right from the start,
And I'll love you forever, with all of my heart.

As years have passed and life has been moving on,
The comfort of solace has yet to begun.
Fighting the feelings, running away, they have never entered for once.
It was God saying go - this is your day.
A day of triumph, a day to rejoice.
My soulmate sitting before me.
My white knight but without a horse.
His green eyes looked through me - his smile, what a beautiful sight,
The fluttering in my stomach, he seemed so familiar the surest I had ever been,
I knew it was right.
Time has continued, a blur of romance,
through all of the getting to knowings,
I've found my best friend, lover and soulmate,
I never even had a chance.
Did I know you before?
Did you know me?
You have enriched and completed my life,
It's for the better you see.
The laughter and tears,
Even the space between,
Brings my love and passion to you,
In it's purest for yours only to be seen.
Each moment spent with you builds memories that will never fade,

I listened to you and I became to know that this was the voice of my soul,

that we are living in God's way.
It's the three of us from here on in,
a committment, a love three ways,
we're joining together with us and God

and I'm excited about our road!
For wherever we are, we know God is there
in our hearts, He is firmly stowed.
Wherever you go I will go, it's true
and wherever you stay I will stay
Your people will be my people too
and together, we'll live God's way.
Wherever you die I will die there too
though I pray it's a long way away
And should we separate before this time,
May God deal with us on that day.

I have heard it said that Love is blind
I have heard this saying a thousand times
Please let me know how love is blind
When most the people in the world
Have a picture of Love in their mind
To them love is predetermined by the color of your face
You are only allowed to fall in love with
"your kind", "your race"
You are not suppose to fall in love with
Someone that is wonderful, loving and fulfulling of your needs
Unless they are of the same race and creed
So how can they say that love is blind?
When I walk down the street with the one I love
and can almost read their minds
By looking into those strangers eyes
I see the questions that always arise
Why him, why not one of us
And the answer I want to scream so loud
Is if you could just see past the color of his skin
You too would see the heart and love within
I did not choose him for his race
Nor did he choose me for mine
So I guess you can say in this one instance
Love is truly blind

One dream and it is of you, my lover of my heart.

Night is the only time I see you.

Days are long and the time doesn't move and it seems like forever
till I sleep.
And as the night comes you are there, standing with open arms for my
heart.
No one will know of my dreams of you.
And sometimes I do wish not to wake again, for that is the only place
I know of you to be.
But if I die then I'll never know if you lived.
And I would of never found the love of my heart.

Sometime I can look and see the smile I once had of us holding hands.
Running with the wind and not caring about the nothing in today’s world.
Love was free and peace was in our hearts as we talked and loved till the morning come.
I couldn’t help but fall for you the way you look and see things.
The touch of your hand and feel of your lips.
The special look in your eyes as you say you love me.
The emotion of the kiss.
All in all the memories of us together.
Time has away I guess of taken two souls apart.
The love slowly goes and new ones show.
The passion lost the sprite cold.
Dreams can only replace a small part of you.
Other loves can only give me a small feeling of you.
True love only comes once and for me it was you.
Everything about you and everything you do.
I would die to have you once again in my arms.
And to wake up to you again would place a smile in my heart forever.

But time can never…never take away my dreams the only last part of you.
Will I know to love a woman as I did for you?
Will I know how to kiss, as I would kiss you?
Will I know to care?
Hopefully someday…someday far in the distance of time.

There should be no one,

I see you cry yourself to sleep in hope that I will come.
Come to clear your eyes of the pain and cold nights.
For I blow a kiss goodnight in the wind and may it carry far.
Far to your lips to shut your eyes and sleep goodnight.
