Personalized Wedding Flowers

A wedding is a very special time in your life. What better way to celebrate than including personalized wedding flowers. Here are some ideas to help:

When trying to figure out which flowers you want in your bridal bouquet, the answer may be with your husband-to-be's name. You take each letter from his name and match it with a flower. For example: DARYL D-Daisy, A- Aster, R-Rose, Y-Yellow Flower, L-Lilac.

Does your Future Husband send you flowers? Save the petals to be used in the flower girls basket.

Instead of dropping rose petals have the Flowergirl give a single rose to each person sitting at the isle.

To add special meaning to your Bridesmaids have their bouquets made from the flowers of their birth month.

If you are having the groomsmen walk the bridesmaids down the isle, have them holding the bouquets at the back of the church or rows and as the Bridesmaids walk up have the men hand each girl their bouquet then escort them to the alter.

If you are having a theme for your wedding include items in your bouquets like seashells and such.

After you are pronounced Husband and Wife and start back up the isle stop by your parents and give each mother a single rose from your bouquet.

If you are remembering a loved one who has passed away during the ceremony, place a rose in the spot where this person would have been seated.

There are many ways to make your wedding memorable. These ideas are only a few.
