I Do
Poem by Whitney Allison Byrd Virginia
I promise to love you from now on,
To love you with all my heart.
From now on we'll be together,
Till death do us part.
I will love you and cherish you,
Until the sun stops burning.
I will do the honor and be your wife,
It's you I'm always yearning.
To know that you love me,
Brings joy to my heart,
To know that you will be faithful,
Is the key that love was from the start.
In you I can share my thoughts,
You are my lover, My best friend.
You have taken me to the highest point.
You have taken me places I've never been.
I promise to pledge my love to you,
I promise to be faithful and true.
The words would meaning nothing
If I didn't have you.
You are the love of my life,
I hope you always know.
I love you more than anything in the world,
I won't ever let you go.
I promise to be you're everything,
This is my vow to you.
I can't wait for that day to come,
Until the day we can say I do.
Destiny
Poem by Lisa Fisher UK
Remember that day when I first met you
The following day I had a vision that came to me,
So plain in my eyes just like a premonition.
Of what lies in my destiny.
A gown in trail of golden white
bodice standing out in pure red,
A crown set in diamonds made out
of angel light, that crowned upon my head.
I felt a race of pure light flash in front of me,
A vision of you in my eyes so pure and true
Of what is meant to be.
Walking out of the house In my trail of white
Into the sun that made daylight,
Down the side I softly tread remembering the
Words what had to be said.
Just for a moment I stopped by the gate,
Remembering how I met you
By chance of fate.
Blinded in my eyes a vision to see
Was when I knew my own destiny.
You Mean To me
Poem by Amos Loveth
What do you mean to me ?
You're the morning sun on a cold dark night
You're the first dew drop on a petal so light
You're the shining star in a sky so high
You're the first tear drop from a Baby's eye
You're my calming voice in my hour of need
You're my sticky plaster when my heart starts to bleed
And all of this you are to me
And forever in my heart you'll be
